How does the stress people bring you show up in the body and energy field, and how is it different from anxiety or burnout?
Stress usually shows up as a constant, low-to-medium hum of tension in the body — tight shoulders, shallow breathing, jaw clenching, digestive issues, racing thoughts that won’t switch off, and a feeling of being “always on.” In the energy field I often see the solar plexus and heart areas contracted, with the nervous system vibrating at a slightly frantic frequency.It’s different from anxiety (which tends to be more future-oriented fear with mental looping and an overactive upper chest/heart field) and from burnout (which feels like deep depletion — empty battery, collapsed root and sacral energy, and a “nothing left to give” sensation). Stress is the pressure of carrying too much, too constantly. The body and field are still trying to keep up, but they’re running hot and tight.
What do you do in a session for stress, and why does it work when “just relax” doesn’t?
In a session I begin by creating a safe, grounded space. I listen to how stress is showing up for the person right now — in their body, their schedule, their emotions. Then I work directly in the quantum field and nervous system.I use Egyptian quantum healing techniques to gently dissolve the accumulated energetic charge, release the “holding” patterns in the shoulders, neck, and solar plexus, and recalibrate the vagus nerve and autonomic nervous system. I often bring in the Ankh Code frequencies to restore flow and remind the body of its natural rhythm of activation and rest. Many clients feel their shoulders drop within the first 10–15 minutes as the sympathetic “fight-flight” state softens into parasympathetic safety.“Just relax” doesn’t work for most people because their nervous system has forgotten how. Quantum energy work bypasses the conscious mind and speaks directly to the field and cells, helping the body remember safety at a deep level. That’s why the relaxation that follows feels natural and lasting.
